When your feeling upset at night and can't get to sleep, because of your thoughts, think of a Tresure chest ( Worry chest) and screw all of the bad thoughts up into a ball and through it in the chest and, lock it up with a Key, so they can't get out and put the, Worry chest up high and also the Key, then try to get some sleep.
