Lots of kids who have been sexually assaulted feel really angry. Sometimes it feels like your anger is bigger than you are.

It is normal to feel angry when you have been hurt and been treated unfairly. It is important that when you feel angry you do not hurt yourself or anyone else.

Think about what you can do when you feel mad. What about kicking a ball or running laps or punching a cushion or drawing an angry picture? What other things can you think about doing when you feel angry?
