Some grown ups trick children when they want to touch their private parts or they may make you feel special or give you presents. When grown ups do bad things to kids they want you to keep it a secret so that THEY do not get into trouble. The grown ups know that what they have done to you is wrong. That is why they tell you to keep it a secret.
People who do this to kids are usually people whom kids know and love. This can give you a giant muddle in your head.
