Most kids feel really angry when they have been hurt. What do you do when you are angry?

Sometimes it's hard to be angry with a grown up who has hurt you because you love them. That's ok. You can love the person but hate what they have done.
It helps to talk about being angry or draw an angry picture or punch a cushion.
