What to do about bad dreams.

Picture

Lots of kids have bad dreams when someone has hurt them. They can be very scary but you can help to send them away. Try and draw your dream and put the picture in a jar or burn it or tear it in to little bits. This tells the dreams to go away. If you have monsters in your dreams or in your head you can tell them in a very firm voice to go away please. Monsters do not like firm voices!
