You need to tell a grown up what is scaring you. This helps you feel stronger than the scary bits. Telling makes you strong. If grown ups know what is scary for you then they can help you feel safe. It is grown ups job to look after you. Lots of things can help you feel safer like special teddies or pets or maybe a whistle by your bed. What do you feel scared of and what helps you feel safe?
